This advanced cardio workout takes only 10 minutes but it will definitely be a challenge. It consists of one set of 5 different and intense cardio exercises. You’ll do each cardio exercise for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of jumping jacks (instead of the normal active rest). This set is then repeated for a second time, resulting in a 2 x 5 minute workout.
