10 Minute Advanced Core Workout


Get a stronger core and improve your overall sport performance with this short but advanced core workout. A strong core helps you to improve your performance in general and helps to prevent injury.
The workout consists of one set of 5 minutes that is repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 5-minute workout. You will have a short water break between the sets.
