Short, but very intense! The combination of weights with cardio exercises will really sore your muscles and challenge your cardiovascular condition. This definitely was one of my toughest workouts yet!
This full body workout takes about 10 minutes and gives you one short water break in between sets. Each set consists of 5 exercises (45 seconds on, 15 seconds off).
