10 Minute Brutal HIIT Ladder Workout Routine – Advanced Cardio & Strength Training Workout

–Description–

10 minutes of brutal sweating is guaranteed. This is one of my toughest workouts so far. Taking only 10 minutes, it goes full throttle from the beginning. The HIIT Ladder concept starts with a set of 4 x 60 sec, followed by 4 x 45 sec and finally 4 x 30 sec. This is an ideal cardio workout if you want to burn relatively many calories and don’t have a lot of time.
