This short but very effective workout helps slimming your legs and lifting your butt. This butt and legs workout takes only 10 minutes and can therefore be easily done on busy days, or as an add-on to your normal training routine.
The workout is performed using light weights, but they are optional. All exercises can be done without the weights or any other equipment, so simply adjust it to your needs. After 5 minutes youâ€™ll have short water break!
