10 Minute Cardio Ladder Workout

–Description–

This cardio ladder workout combines sets of 60, 45 and 30 seconds of powerful cardio exercises. Each set consists of 4 exercises, resulting in the following workout layout:

4 x 60 seconds

4 x 45 seconds

4 x 30 seconds.

Between each round you will have a short water break.
