10 Minute Cardio Steps Workout – Increase Lower Body Strength and Overall Coordination

–Description–

This short steps workout burns calories, increases lower body strength and your overall coordination. It only requires a step and can therefore be easily performed at home.

The workout consists of one set of 5 exercises, which is repeated twice. This results in a 2 x 5 minute workout. You will have a short water break in between.
