This abs workout helps you flatten your stomach, tone your abs and make your obliques stronger. Each ab exercise must be performed for 45 seconds, followed by 45 seconds of rest. The workout consists of 1 set of 5 minutes, repeated twice. This results in a 2 x 5 minute workout!
