This short but effective cardio workout gives you a quick metabolism boost and burns quite the calories in a very short amount of time. This cardio workout requires no equipment and can therefore be easily done at home.
Each of the cardio exercises must be performed for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of active rest. The entire set takes 5 minutes, which is then repeated for the second and final time.
