10 Minute Intermediate Strength Workout – At Home Strength Workout Routine With Weights

–Description–

This intermediate strength workout takes only 10 minutes but helps you gain strength and increase your metabolism. The workout requires a set of small dumbbells. You don’t need much space for this workout, so it can be easily done at home.

The workout consists of one set of 5 minutes (5 exercises), which is repeated twice. This results in a 2 x 5 minute workout. There is a short water break in between.
