This short lower body workout will make your thighs and butt burn. Using simple repetitions that last for 60 seconds per exercise, this workout will definitely help you tone your lower body. Specifically your butt and thighs!

The workout consists of one set that is repeated twice, thus a 2 x 5 minute workout. You’ll have a short water break in between.
