10 Minute Pilates Workout – Strength & Balance Workout

–Description–

Increase your endurance, strength and balance with this short Pilates workout. It is ideal to recover from earlier exercise or if you just want a workout that has a low impact on your tendons and joints.

The workout consists of one set of 5 minutes that is repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 5-minute workout. You will get a short water break in between.
