10 Minute Step Workout Routine – Fat Burning Step Up Exercises

–Description–

This short step workout takes about 10 minutes. It focuses mainly on your legs, but also gives some attention to your upper body. The fat burning step up exercises will last for 45 seconds each, after which you get a short 15 second active rest. The workout consists of one set of 5 exercises, that are repeated twice.
