This upper body strength workout will help your back and shoulders get stronger. Strength workouts are great to do next to your cardio workouts. They help you getting stronger, prevent injuries and improve your overall metabolism.
The workout consists of one set of 5 minutes, that is repeated twice. This results in a 2 x 5 minute workout. The weights I used were 3KG, but you can use any weight that suits you!
