12 Minute Tabata Cardio Workout – Advanced HIIT Style Tabata Cardio Exercises

–Description–

This is a tough Tabata cardio workout that burns calories fast and is quite intense. Each exercise is performed for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds of rest. During the workout each exercise is repeated multiple times.

This workout can easily be followed at your own home as it requires no equipment and little space. The workout consists of three sets of 4 minutes, resulting in a 3 x 4-minute workout. After each set you will have a short water break.
