This HIIT Workout gives you 20 minutes of brutal and explosive cardio & strength exercises. Each of those exercises are performed for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest and preparation for the next exercise. The workout can be done using dumbbells to challenge yourself even more. They are however not required.
The workout consists of one set of 10 minutes, which is repeated twice. This results in a 2 x 10-minute workout with a short water-break in between.
