20 Minute Brutal Plyometrics HIIT Workout – Cardio & Strength HIIT Workout At Home

–Description–

This is a brutal HIIT workout that uses Plyometrics exercises in combination with additional cardio, strength and HIIT tastes. The workout burns many calories (helping fat loss), increases your explosiveness and lower body strength. It does have quite an impact on your tendons and joints, so don’t plan in this workout too many times a week!

This HIIT workout consists of 2 sets of 5 minutes that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 5 minute workout. Be sure to go at your own pace!
