This cardio workout for beginners can be done without equipment and at your own home. It consists of 2 different sets that are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 5 minutes workout routine. The exercises are easy to understand but may be challenging from time to time. Go at your own pace and make sure that the form is always good.
