This cardio workout for beginners at home takes only 20 minutes and no equipment is required. All exercises in this beginners workout are low impact only, so there will be no jumping in this workout. Also, this means the workout will have a low impact on your tendons and joints. It consists of two sets of 5 exercises that are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 5-minute workout. After each set you will get a short water break.
