20 Minute Cardio Workout To Lose Belly Fat – At Home Calorie Burning Cardio & Strength Exercises

This workout uses a combination of cardio and strength exercises to help you burn those calories. Although I’m not a strong believer in losing local fat depots, this workout will help you to decrease your overall fat level and tone your belly.

This cardio workout to lose belly fat burns calories during the workout, but will also give your metabolism a boost. This helps burning calories and fat even hours after performing the workout.

Consisting of two sets that are repeated twice, this workout takes 4 x 5 minutes. After each set there will be a short water break. Be sure to go at your own pace!
