This full body workout uses the ideal combination of cardio & strength exercises to burn those calories. The cardio exercises make sure you burn them right on the spot, while the strength exercises also make sure your metabolism gets a boost. Moreover, this cardio workout can be done with no equipment and is therefore very suitable to do at home.
The workout consists of two sets of 5 minutes, that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 5 minute workout. Be sure to go at your own pace!
