This HIIT workout combines cardio and strength exercises. This combination helps you burn calories on the spot while doing the workout, but also makes sure your metabolism stays in shape. The HIIT workout can be easily performed at home, and only requires some sort of weights, for example dumbbells.
The workout consists of 2 sets that are repeated twice. Resulting in a 4 x 5 minute workout with short water breaks between each set.
