20 Minute HIIT Workout For Fat Loss

–Description–

This HIIT workout increases your fat loss by burning many calories and stimulating your metabolism. The workout consists of cardio exercises that are combined with strength elements. This is an ideal combination for fat loss and makes it a real HIIT workout.

The workout consists of two sets that are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 5 minute HIIT workout. Between the sets you’ll get a short water break. Each exercise is performed for 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of active rest before moving to the next exercise.
