Low impact workouts are great for people who are just starting out and don’t want to put too much stress on their tendons and joints. HIIT workouts will burn many calories and increase your metabolism. This low impact cardio HIIT workout gives you the best of both worlds.

The workout consists of two sets that are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 5 minute workout. There are short waterbreaks between each set.
