20 Minute Low Impact Cardio Workout For Beginners

–Description–

An ideal cardio workout for beginners that minimizes the impact on your tendons and joints. While this cardio workout is a little bit challenging for beginners, it has a very low impact which minimizes the chances of injuries.

The workout consists of two different cardio sets, that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 5 minute workout. Between each set you’ll have a short water break. Be sure to follow your own pace during the workout and listen to your body. Small pains, dizziness etc. means you have to take it a little bit easier.
