20 Minute Lower Body HIIT and Strength Workout – Toning And Strengthening Thighs And Glutes


Tone and strengthen your lower body with this HIIT and Strength combination workout. You don’t need any equipment for this workout. It consists of one set that is repeated three times with a short water break in between. Each HIIT exercise is followed by a strength exercise and vice versa. This allows you to re-catch your breath but continue burning calories!
