This Pilates workout combines traditional Pilates styles with strength exercises. This results in a low impact workout that increases your strength, improves your metabolism and helps you with weight loss. This weight loss improving workout is not too easy, and is therefore maybe a little bit less suited for beginners and more for intermediate. Moreover, it requires no equipment and can therefore be easily done at home.
The workout consists of two sets of 5 minutes, that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 5 minute workout.
