Combining Tabata and HIIT concepts, this workout takes the best of both worlds. It burns calories fast and increases your metabolism. This HIIT workout uses a combination of cardio and strength exercises, both solid ingredients to improve fat loss.
The workout consists of three sets that are repeated twice, resulting in 6 x 4 minute workout. You’ll have a short water break in between.
