Join me in this Walking Workout that can be easily followed along at home by anyone. No equipment is required and little space is needed for the cardio exercises in this workout. All exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints and there will be no jumping.
We will start this workout slowly and end with a cool down. Halfway through the workout you will get a water break to get ready for the second round.
