Join me in this Walking Workout for Weight Loss. It consists of Low Impact exercises only and is very fun to follow along. There will be no jumping in this workout and it is designed to be knee friendly.
We will be doing 2 sets of walking exercises that each take about 10 minutes to complete. Between those sets you will get a short water break to prepare for the second set. After the second set is completed we will end with a short cool down.
