Join me in this Cardio Workout for Fat Burning at your own home. This workout consists of challenging low impact exercises only. That means it is knee friendly and has no jumping exercises. Moreover, this workout requires little room and can therefore easily be followed along at home or in small spaces.
The cardio sets are in pyramid style. This means the first set you will do each exercise for 60 seconds, in the second set 45 seconds and in the final set only 30 seconds. This is an effective style as it allows you to give all you got in the last set, making it an effective fat burning workout.
This workout includes a short warm up and cool down.
