This HIIT Workout is a Calorie killer and lots of fun to follow along. No Equipment is required for all the HIIT Exercises so you can easily do this workout at home. It consists of 10 different fat burning exercises that make for 1 set. After this set you will get a short water break before we repeat the exercises for a second and final time.
This workout includes a short warm up and cool down.
