This HIIT Cardio and Strength helps with burning fat by combining cardio exercises and strength exercises. The cardio will burn calories immediatly while the strength / toning exercises make sure you will keep most of your muscles and keep your metabolism in check.

Each exercise if performed for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. The workout itself consists of 1 set of 10 exercises that is repeated once. In between you will get that well-deserved water break.
