This Low Impact HIIT workout has no repeating sets and consists of effective cardio HIIT exercises. All these exercises have a relatively low impact on your tendons and joints, making chances of knee over overuse injuries smaller. This also means that there is no jumping at all in this exercises. That being said, it is a HIIT training, so expect the workout to be challenging. Halfway through the workout you will get a short but well deserved water break.
