Green Mango Smoothie
The taste of this green mango smoothie is great. It’s packed with nutrients and will help you to supplement your daily diet without too much calories. Spinach is loaded with nutrients and antioxidants, and considered to be very healthy. By eating spinach it will reduce oxidative stress and reduce your blood pressure levels.
- 7 oz. low fat yoghurt
- Hand spinach
- ½ mango
- 2 spoons honey
Purple Power Smoothie
This is a full and creamy smoothie with mint, blackberries and chia seeds gives you a feeling of satiety. The main ingredient of this healthy smootie are the blackberries. Blackberries are a great supporter of your digestion. They also boost your brain health by improving memory and cognition.
- 7 oz. almond milk
- Hand blackberries
- ½ banana
- 8 peacans
- Hand mint
- cinnamon
- chia seeds
Cacao Smoothie
A smoothie with the taste of in chocolate covered strawberries. Full of anti-oxidants. This smoothie contains not a lot of nutrition but is very tasteful. Besides the fact that cacao is delicious it also contains valuable nutrients like antioxidant.
- 7 oz. coconut milk
- 1 spoon raw cacao powder
- Hand strawberries
Instructions for every single smoothie
- Cut all the ingredients into little pieces.
- Put the fruits, vegetables, spices and seeds into the blender.
- Add the milk/yoghurt/water.
- Blend it and drink it!
