This cardio workout helps you burn fat and can be easily followed at home. It requires no equipment at all and little space. The workout uses mostly cardio exercises with sometimes little strength elements to make the workout more effective.
The workout consists of four rounds of 10 minutes, resulting in a 4 x 10-minute workout. Between each round you will get a short water break.
