Increase strength and tone your muscles with this effective 40 minute workout. Using a combination of exercises with dumbbells and bodyweight you will feel your muscles burn.

The workout consists of two sets of 10 minutes, which are repeated twice. Resulting in a 4 x 10 minute workout. You will have a short water break between each set.
