Tone your body and increase your strength with this full body strength workout. The workout is a combination of standing exercises and exercises on the ground. Dumbbells are used but if you like you can also do the workout without them.
The workout takes 40 minutes and consists of 2 different strength sets that are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 10-minute workout. Between each set you will have a short water break.
