Burn calories fast with this HIIT workout for fat loss. It uses a combination of cardio & strength HIIT exercises to burn the maximum amount of calories, but also to give your metabolism a boost. This will help you to increase fat loss even after you’re done with the workout.
This HIIT workout requires no equipment and can be easily performed at home. Be sure to give your body enough rest after doing HIIT workouts, as they tend to have higher impact on your tendons and joints.
The workout consists of 2 sets of 10 minutes, that are repeated twice. This results in a 4 x 10 minute workout. Between each set you’ll have a short water break of 45 seconds.
