Improve your core stability and strength with this effective 40 minute Pilates workout. Consisting of 2 different sets, one standing and the other lying, this Pilates workout targets your full body. You don’t need a lot of space and the only equipment you’ll need is an exercise mat.

The workout consists of two different sets that are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 10 minute workout with short water breaks in between.
