Join me in this ARMS & SHOULDERS workout that challenges you and will give you that burning feeling in both your arms and shoulders. You can follow this workout along with weights like dumbbells or water bottles. If you don’t have them, you can follow along without weights and just increase the speed a bit to make it more challenging.

Each exercise will be performed for 50 seconds on and 10 seconds off. Please note that there will be no water break in this workout.
