25 Minute Indoor WALKING WORKOUT for FAT BURNING – Low Impact Only

Join me in this Indoor Walking Workout for fat burning. It consists of low impact exercises, so this workout has a minimum impact on your tendons and joints. It takes about 25 minutes to complete and includes a cool down. At the beginning we will start of slowly to warm up a bit of course.

We will be doing 2 sets of walking exercises that each take about 10 minutes to complete. Between those sets you will get a short water break to prepare for the second set. After the second set is completed we will end with a short cool down.

30 Min Cardio Workout at Home – Intense Pyramid Style Cardio Exercises – No Jumping

Join me in this Cardio Workout at Home. The cardio sets are in pyramid style. This means the first set you will do each exercise for 60 seconds, in the second set 45 seconds and in the final set only 30 seconds. This is an effective style as it allows you to give all you got in the last set, making it an effective fat burning workout.

All exercises in this cardio workout are low impact. This also means there will be no jumping. And of course we start with a short warm up and cool down.
