Join me in this Back Sculpting workout that will help to get a nicely toned back when combined with a good diet. This exercises require some kind of light weights like dumbbells or water bottles. Pick a weight that challenges you but still allows to keep a good form throughout the whole 45 seconds of each exercise.

This workout includes a warming up and will end with some minor stretching, but you will also have a short water break halfway through the workout.
