Join me in this Back Workout that can be followed along at home and requires no equipment at all. It is designed for women but men can of course follow along too. It will help you tone that upper back and give it a good muscle tone when combined with a good diet.
Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break to get ready for the second round. At the end of the workout we will do some minor stretching together.
