Join me in this Booty Building workout that can be easily followed along at your own home. It will get that booty burning in no time and help you to tone, lift and build that butt. Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off. For this workout you will need a booty band and an exercise mat, or soft floor of course.
As always, it includes a warm up and cool down. And halfway through you will get a short but well-deserved water break.
