What you need
- 100 grams of cold meat, preferably from chicken
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 100 grams of cabbage, thinly sliced
- 30 g Emmental cheese into small cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Fresh dill
- Salt and pepper
How to prep
1. Cut the meat into strips.
2. Mix the mustard, lemon juice and oil.
3. Then add the rest of the ingredients through.
4. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Spoon the mixture into a bowl.
