In this 4 week Cardio Abs Program we will be working our abs, obliques and back (our core). You’ll be doing a different workout video every single day! I designed this program for everyone who want to get fit, healthy a strong core and toned abs.

The program consists of different types of workouts. From intense cardio for a great fat burn to strength workouts for toning muscles. Some days you will only have to do 10 minutes, other days I picked a 30 or 40 minute workout for you.

This cardio abs program is not the typical abs program you will find online, where you have to do only abs exercises and a lot of repetitions. This program is designed with care. You will be doing a lot of alternating exercises and workouts. Every one of them is low impact. And that means no jumping exercises are part of this program.
