This cardio workout combines cardio exercises and abs strengthening exercises helping you lose your belly fat. Also, the workout can be done at home as it requires no equipment at all.
The workout consists of two different sets of 10 exercises. Both are repeated twice, resulting in a 4 x 10 minute workout. You’ll have a short water break between sets.
