Follow me along in this Cardio and Abs combination workout. It will help to lose belly fat when combined with a good diet and consists of low impact exercises only. For this workout you will only need an exercise mat or a soft floor, so you can easily follow this one along at home. This workout is in Tabata style, so we will do each exercise for 20 seconds on – 10 seconds off.

This workout includes a warming up and cooling down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.
