Cardio Challenge – Short, Simple & Intense Cardio Workout


This cardio challenge takes only 6 minutes, but challenges you to give all you got with just 3 simple cardio exercises. Ideal fi you are looking for a short but effective workout, or for challenging your friend and/or family.

The workout consists of 3 exercises that have to be repeated for one minute each, after which the challenge begins it second and final round!
